“After the meal and I went up to him and commended him for a job well done. He is one of very few staff you can find these days. I noticed that he not only help in taking the order from customers he went to the kitchen to assist without putting any strain to the kitchen staff. From observation, both the front line staff and kitchen crew work well with him due to his unassuming personality and leadership quality. I do not find this in many of your branches as I am a regular Thai Express customer. I do not usually write on such matter unless I experience outstanding service rendered in any service organisation. Your Manager at Bishan deserves a pat on his shoulder.”
